Studio Info & Policies

Welcome to Cynthia Photo Studio, a cozy and creative space located in Surprise, Arizona. The studio is designed to feel warm and comfortable, making it easy for families, couples, and little ones to relax while I capture beautiful, candid memories. I offer a variety of styled setups throughout the year, and if you don’t see the exact look you want, I can always recreate or customize a setup just for you.

Booking Process

  • Deposit: A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time.

  • Payment: Remaining balance is due the day of your session.

  • Payment methods: I accept all major forms of payment, including cash, debit/credit card, and Zelle.

  • Booking: You can always book directly through my website, or you’re welcome to message me to schedule your session.

Rescheduling

  • Life happens, I understand! Your first reschedule is free if it’s requested at least 48 hours in advance.

  • To reschedule, please send me a message directly.

Gallery Delivery:

  • Your photos will be delivered in a private online gallery for easy viewing, downloading, and sharing.

  • Edited galleries are typically delivered within 2–4 weeks.

  • If you need your photos by a certain date, please let me know in advance and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

Studio Location

  • For privacy, the exact studio address will be shared after your booking is confirmed.

  • Parking: For your convenience, parking is available directly at the studio. You are welcome to park anywhere along the front of the driveway or directly on the driveway itself.

Arrival & Time Management

Please be mindful of your booked session time. There is a good chance I may have another session scheduled right before or after yours:

  • Arrive no earlier than 2–5 minutes before your appointment.

  • Please do not arrive late, as this will cut into your session time or, in some cases, require us to reschedule, which I always try to avoid.

  • Climate-controlled space to keep you comfortable year-round

  • Complimentary water and small refreshment

  • A small cozy seating area for family

  • Kid and baby-friendly props that are safe and clean
